Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, if your request meets the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging. The product is returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase. The product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or there is a size-related issue.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are offered under the following conditions:
The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product is defective, damaged, or the wrong size has been received. The product is returned in its original, unopened packaging with all included materials, such as instruction manuals or warranty cards.
Process for Refunds & Exchanges
To initiate a refund or exchange, contact our customer service team at info@globalhealthcare.co.in or call +91 7977637228 within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide details of your order, including the reason for return or exchange, along with any supporting images if the product is damaged or defective. You will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved for refund, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. In such cases, Global Healthcare will cover the cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
